Identification of key issues and legislative and communication trends; identification of legislative measures expected or to be expected in the short/medium term; identification of the relevant law and political decision makers, together with potential partners and actors in the field.

Based on that identification and taking into account the different risks and opportunities, we draw up strategies with short and medium term targets and guidance, with well-designed action proposals.

Programmes of meetings with the decisive actors in the community institutions are put afoot for the relevant briefs, whenever effective benefits may be expected.

The number of community funds directly granted by institutions is ever growing. These are not funds administered or managed by national authorities, but rather invitations for (project) tenders dealt with by the community institutions, as part of the implementation of these institutions' - namely the European Commission's - programmes and political priorities. In such cases, support is provided with know-how on the submission of applications, on the establishment of partnerships - where useful and necessary - and on the best way to respond to the invitations.
